Food Prep By Lara is Barcelona's home for authentic Nigerian cooking. Not a restaurant, not a takeaway chain. A home kitchen run with care, where every dish is made from scratch using real ingredients, real technique, and recipes that do not cut corners.
Every week we cook a rotating menu of Nigerian meals, soups, snacks and sides and deliver them across Barcelona on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Whether you grew up eating Nigerian Food or you are trying it for the first time, this food is made for you. Order ahead, pick your day, and eat something that actually tastes like it was cooked with intention.

Fried Rice Plate
Fragrant Nigerian fried rice with chicken or beef and sweet fried plantain on the side.
Ewa Aganyin
Slow-cooked beans with a dark caramelised palm oil sauce and crispy fried plantain. Limited portions.
Ofada Rice Plate
Aromatic Ofada rice with smoky Ayamase stew, beef, egg and fried plantain. Bold and unapologetic.
