Food Prep By Lara is Barcelona's home for authentic Nigerian cooking. Not a restaurant, not a takeaway chain. A home kitchen run with care, where every dish is made from scratch using real ingredients, real technique, and recipes that do not cut corners.
Our menu is built around the dishes people come back for again and again, real Nigerian meals, soups, snacks and sides, delivered across Barcelona every Wednesday and Saturday. Whether you grew up eating Nigerian food or you are trying it for the first time, this food is made for you. Order ahead, pick your day, and eat something that actually tastes like it was cooked with intention.
